Scope of CMS Support Services

Internet Simplicity provides support on all Content Management Hosting plans to help ensure that our clients are able to take full advantage of the benefits available to them through the use of our Content Management System.

For the purposes of this monthly agreement, Internet Simplicity will provide up to 30 minutes of support that is in the form of customer training per month. This could include questions on formatting, how to insert an image and things of this nature that are not caused by any system function bugs.

Please note that the above is in addition to the initial training that will be given on the system that is included in the setup fee. This will include a detailed walk through of how to operate the system.

Any system irregularities or system bugs will be covered and are not subject to the time-allotment above.

Unused time from previous months does not carry over into subsequent months.
