Our Development Procedure:

When embarking on a web development project, whether it is a complex web application, or a small database driven website, the organization and planning that comes beforehand is key. Having a proper road map not only enables a predictable job estimate and development time line, but also makes for a higher quality end product. The usual sequence of events we follow the planning stage is this:

1. We briefly discuss the project to get an idea of what you are looking for and if we would be the right company to help you.
2. We create a preliminary quote and budgetary range based on the general information gained so far.
3. We engage in a consulting agreement to collaboratively work out exactly how the application will function. (The consulting budget is deducted from the final cost of the project should you choose to use Internet Simplicity for the development).
   
4. We create a detailed and finite spec and project quote for the project (usually in the form of wireframe interface mockups)
   
5. The project is assigned a project manager and is executed against a pre-established timeline.
6. The system is used, tested both internally and then by the end-user to uncover and fix bugs.
7. The application is deployed.
