Reilly Sweetland – President / CEO View Reilly Sweetland's profile on LinkedIn

Reilly started Internet Simplicity.net in early 2003 out of his house as the sole employee. He is 95% self-taught in web-technologies (the remaining 5% in technology-related classes at Santa Clara University). Through word of mouth, Reilly grew Internet Simplicity from a small home based business to a team that now consists of approximately a half dozen individuals and services over 150 business with their web technology needs. Prior to Internet Simplicity, Reilly was involved in sales and marketing in both technical and non-technical fields.

Reilly's organizational roles include:

  • New project planning and sales
  • Strategic partnerships
  • High-level application design and planning
  • Collaboration and formulation of high-level website tactics to to achieve project goals

Ian Silber – CTO, Lead Project Manager

Previously the co-founder of a website design and development company specializing in the dental industry (Pacific Marketing Designs), Ian joined forces with Internet Simplicity in November of 2005. Ian’s insight, project efficiency, and leadership allowed for Internet Simplicity’s technical team to expand considerably in terms of delivery efficiency and quality. Ian has been developing PHP applications for over 5 years, is an avid researcher in the latest UI and application design patterns.

Ian's organizational roles include:

  • Overseeing the execution of all Internet Simplicity projects and ensuring their successful outcome
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Management of the day-to-day operational activities of the execution of projects
  • Directly managing all special projects

Corey Waldin – Project Manager, Website Maintenance I/C

Corey has been with Internet Simplicity since January of 2007, starting as a maintenance programmer and designer and subsequently working his way up to a project management position. His background both as a designer and programmer puts him in a unique position to manage front-end projects, and the ongoing maintenance of website changes.

Corey's organizational roles include:

  • Project management of front-end developments
  • Project management for Internet Simplicity CMS integrations and websites
  • Any ongoing maintenance needed for websites

Joren Matthews – Lead Front-End Programmer

Joren is the lead front-end programmer at Internet Simplicity and has been working with the company since early 2005. Joren is extremely adept at HTML/CSS programming, ActionScript, JavaScript and has a breadth of experience in programming business websites (having worked on  hundreds of individual websites).

Joren's organizational role is

  • Front-end, interactivity (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash) guru and mastermind

Tyler Van Hoomissen – Back-End Programmer, Website Hosting I/C

Tyler VanHoomissen first worked with Internet Simplicity as an apprentice programmer and after quickly learning and sharpening his skills in PHP and MySQL, he was hired permanently as a back-end developer and website hosting administrator. He has been a stable installation ever since. Tyler is now highly proficient in CMS developments, as well as custom development projects.

Tyler's organizational roles include:

  • Back-end database development programming
  • Hosting technical support and server administration

Debi Park – Office and Finance Manager

Debi has been working with Internet Simplicity since mid 2006 and wears the "behind-the-scenes" role in the  company that makes everything we do possible. Debi is responsible for all inner-workings of Internet Simplicity, from office supplies to collections.

Debi's organizational roles include:

  • Collections
  • Book keeping
  • Office management and administration

Matthew Rossetta – Special Projects Developer

Matt is the core developer for Internet Simplicity's tool sets. His main efforts are directed towards Internet Simplicity's foundational tools and venture projects.
